My facility has been doing business with Sobeys National Pharmacy Group for years. We couldn’t be happier with their customer service, medication management, assistance with billing, and their dependable delivery. Their pharmacists are easily accessible to answer all my questions and meet my needs. Crystal, Lawtons Certified Geriatric Pharmacist, comes onsite to do medication rounds and reviews with our physician on a weekly basis. This weekly onsite visit results in less phone calls and improved medication management for our residents.
Our experience with Safeway (Sobeys) has been very positive, mostly due to their responsive nature and willingness to work with us to create solutions that work for our facility specifically. The pharmacist assigned to our home is professional, approachable and engaging. When we call the pharmacy, all staff members are knowledgeable about our site and responsive to the requests that come forward. Although rarely needed, our experience with the on-call service is prompt and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Safeway/Sobeys Pharmacy for facility based services as our experience has always been positive at all levels.
